La Lipomerie is a 4.5-hectare property where Anne-Emmanuelle has restored an old bread oven to create a charming, authentic and very comfortable gite. Ideal for 2 adults and 2 children. Your host will give you the warmest welcome in a place that's both rejuvenating and respectful of nature. She'll offer you vegetables and herbs from her natural kitchen garden, fruit from the orchard, eggs of all colors and honey harvested on site. You might even be able to watch the sheep being sheared!
Old house with all-inclusive package (linen, housekeeping included, groceries):
Living room with pellet stove and fully-equipped kitchen,
mezzanine bedroom (2-person bed 160 x 200 cm) opening onto living room,
bathroom and separate wc,
small attic bedroom upstairs (2 beds 80 cm).
South-facing terrace facing enclosed pond surrounded by trees. Unenclosed garden with vegetable patch.
Piscine, heated mid-season and shared with the owners (12 x 5 meters). Communal laundry annex.
Barnyard animals, sheep and cow.
