Shower room with shower, basin and wc. Electric heating. Raised terrace with unfenced garden of 200 m² with trees near an enclosure with 2 goats. Games of pétanque and rackets. Housekeeping, linens and towels included. On the edge of the Andaines national forest, the Laumondière cottage has direct access to the forest massif and the GR22 hiking trail. Céline and Arnaud have completely restored the house with all modern comforts and attention to detail. You will enjoy an all-inclusive stay (no supplement to be expected) with the many shops and services of the spa resort of Bagnoles de l'Orne.
