A little Countryside in the heart of the old City! Jocelyne and Jean-Pierre have given free rein to their inspiration to tastefully furnish and decorate their guest house, and will share with you their passion for vintage cars and their knowledge of the Pays d'Alençon.
Close to City center, opposite Parc des Promenades. 1 Bed and breakfast with 3 bedrooms: "La Hulotte" (suite): private ground floor with living room (stove), kitchenette, shower room with toilet,
Bedrooms upstairs. One bedroom with 1 double bed (140cm) + washbasin area and a second bedroom with 1 double bed (90cm), 1 single bed (80cm) + washbasin area.
Otherwise Chambre "Grand Duc" (upstairs) with 1 double bed (160cm) with 2 electric mattresses with mattress toppers, en-suite shower room (Italian shower and wc) + extra bed for Kids (80cm), possibility of baby bed.
Chambre "Petit Duc" (2 single beds, washbasin), non-adjoining bathroom on ground floor (walk-in shower with toilet).
Communal lounge with TV. Walled garden, private terraces. Garage available.
Kids from 1 year and up are welcome.

Everything was ok. It Is a nice house and a confortable room where i stayed. It Is near the centre ville. The woman is also very nice and good breakfast

Accolti benissimo dalla proprietaria nonostante avessi dimenticato di comunicare con preavviso l'orario di arrivo. Camera colorata, comoda e originale, ancora meglio delle foto! Anche il bagno è davvero comodo. Letto articolato con telecomando: una vera chicca! Colazione all'altezza e, in aggiunta la disponibilità e la cordialità della proprietaria. Grazie Jocelyne!!!!

From the photo on the website we were expecting a modern house on a modern road. In fact it was an interesting collection of buildings behind an old city wall with a nice garden and a view of what looked like an old orchard
