A breathtaking panoramic view of the Perche countryside! This charming gite is located in a quiet hamlet 500 m from the voie verte and 2 km by car from the shops in Rémalard. It features large bay windows from the living room opening onto the elevated west-facing terrace for summer evenings.
Detached Perche house. Ground floor: entrance, living room with sitting area (wood-burning stove), kitchen, shower room, toilet, bedroom (1 x 160cm double bed, Umbrella bed). First floor: landing (2-person 160cm sofa bed), small bedroom (2 twin 80cm trundle beds), bedroom (1-person 140cm double bed), bedroom (1-person 140cm double bed), shower room with wc. Electric heating included. Terrace. Enclosed wooded garden 2500 m².
For business customers, bed linen is mandatory.

MimiG Séjour dans le Perche
Très bon séjour en famille dans ce gîte spacieux et bien équipé. Nous avons pu faire du vélo dans toute cette partie du Perche aux petites routes sympathiques. Notre petite fille a pu faire du cheval à Moutiers au Perche. La proximité de Nogent le Rotrou est aussi un plus.
Merci aux propriétaires. Nous reviendrons si possible l'année prochaine.

VERO REPOS A LA CAMPAGNE
Nous avons passé 15 jours très agréable. Le gîte est très sympa. Attention il n y a pas de rangement dans les chambres du haut.
La cuisine est fonctionnelle mais il n y a pas de rangement pour les courses.
Le jardin est super agréable, avec une belle vue sur le côté, bien clôturé (attention au chien du voisin ) si vos chiens ne sont cordiaux avec les autres chiens.
Une belle terrasse permet de prendre les repas à l extérieur. Dommage qu elle donne sur une maison secondaire.
L intérieur de la maison est aménagé avec beaucoup de goût.
Les propriétaires sont très arrangeants quand à l arrivée et le départ.- Cleanliness
