It's the perfect address for business trips (next to the convention center), but also for discovering Alençon (lace museum, Sainte Thérèse birthplace, etc.) and the surrounding region.
All-inclusive second-floor apartment with separate entrance:

Living room (very comfortable 2-person 140 cm sofa bed and connected TV).
Bedroom (2-person 160 cm bed) with window overlooking a small courtyard equipped with interior shutters and dressing room.

Sylvie Appartement très agréable
L'appartement est très agréable, très bien situé en centre ville. La tenue du ménage n'est pas vraiment parfaite, dommage étant donné la qualité du logement et de sa décoration. Je n'ai pas renseigné la partie de l'accueil, le gîte fonctionne avec une boîte à clés.

Sejour Séjour ALENCON
Le gîte est bien placé, spacieux, lumineux et bien équipé. La propriétaire a été réactive à nos demandes et on la remercie pour cela.
Le seul point négatif est la propreté du gite qui reste à améliorer ( salle de bains, cuisine) pour que le rapport qualité /coût soit parfait.- Cleanliness

Laubc74 Petit cocon au coeur d'Alençon
Une petite perle en plein coeur d'Alençon. Un appartement rénové avec goût, lumineux, agréable dans un immeuble très calme. Tout le confort y est. Notre séjour a été parfait. On a même pu emmener notre chat avec nous. Les clés peuvent être récupérées sans contraintes grâce aux petites boîtes en bas de l'immeuble. Du coup, aucun stress pour l'heure d'arrivée. Je le recommande vivement.
