Single-storey Percheronne farmhouse: living room with fitted kitchen, sitting room with 1 staircase (wood-burning stove, 2-person sofa bed and TV), bedroom (2-person bed 160 x 200 cm - linen provided) on garden level, bathroom (Italian shower and corner bath - bathroom linen provided), separate toilet.
Electric heating and housekeeping included.

Michèle Le bonheur est à la campagne .
Une très belle découverte , un gîte superbe , bien aménagé , rien ne manque pour passer un séjour de rêve en pleine campagne, avec un grand et joli jardin d'où l'on peut partir pour faire de belles randonnées ,et néanmoins proche de la ville de Rémalard où l'on trouve tous les commerces nécessaires. Un grand merci à Mme Blanchet pour son accueil plein de gentillesse .On a qu'une envie revenir !

Pierrot Le grand bonheur
Le gîte est confortable et chaleureux,situé dans un cadre calme , verdoyant offrant de belles ballades à pieds . La propriétaire est bienveillante .Le Parc régional du Perche est magnifique .

Marco Très satisfaits de notre semaine à la Guenetterie
Nous avons passé une semaine en janvier à la Guenetterie. Le gîte est grand pour 2 personnes, bien agencé et décoré avec goût. Il se situe au calme dans un environnement verdoyant offrant des possibilités de balades à pied ou à vélo. Le gîte est bien chauffé et du bois permet de faire des feux dans l'insert. Nous recommandons ce gîte.

Mike H Perfection in Perche
C'est la deuxième fois que nous séjournons à La Guenetterie, et ce ne sera pas la dernière. Tout y est parfait : le calme absolu, la propreté impeccable du gîte, et même sous la neige, il y faisait extrêmement chaud et confortable. Il est très bien équipé et le poêle à bois est excellent. Céline est très attentionnée et toujours disponible, et communique à merveille.
This is our second stay at La Guenetterie, and it won't be our last. Everything is perfect: absolute peace and quiet, the cottage is spotlessly clean, and even in the snow, it was incredibly warm and comfortable. It's very well-equipped, and the wood-burning stove is excellent. Céline is very attentive, always available, and communicates wonderfully.
