Just outside Argentan, this gite is ideally situated between town and country. The local owners invite you to discover their large country house with its porch, garden and the many facets of this land devoted to arable farming and stud farms.
Semi-detached house. Ground floor: living/dining room with kitchenette, sitting room.
1st floor: 1 bedroom (1 double bed 140/190 cm and 1 single extra bed 90/190 cm), private bathroom and toilet, 1 bedroom (1 double bed 140/190 cm), private bathroom and toilet,
2nd floor: 1 bedroom (1 double bed 140 / 190 cm and 1 extra bed 90/190 cm), private bathroom and toilet.
Central heating. Terrace and unenclosed garden 350 m². Discount for rental of gite for 2 people and possibility of bed and breakfast with breakfasts ad G0604.
Pets allowed on request.
Dryer and washing machine in laundry room with outside access.
Non-adjoining land of 1.5 ha 50 m from the Holiday cottage, unenclosed pond with fishing facilities and land bordered by the River Orne, fishing possible but fishing licence required.
For business customers, cleaning is compulsory.

Lisa Prachtige gite, oase van groen en rust
Zeer mooie gîte, en warm en hartelijk onthaal van de eigenaars. Er was een ongedwongen sfeer, de kinderen genoten van de vrijheid. Een waar genoegen om te verblijven bij Odile en Claudw.

Mapi Un petit paradis
Nous avons passé un formidable séjour. Le lieu: beaucoup d’espace vert très joliment aménagé. Derrière la maison un grand champ très sécurisé pour laisser courir les enfants librement. Puis un grand jardin ombragé et de l’autre côté du chemin un bel espace arboré au bord d’un étang et de la rivière.
Accueil: chaleureux des propriétaires avec qui nous avons partagé avec plaisir des barbecues généreux et arrosés des productions du coin.
Ma petite famille souhaite revenir dès l’année prochaine.

Floneton A recommander
L'Orne est une destination à découvrir et ce gîte authentique est idéal. Les propriétaires sont à la fois très accueillants et discrets. Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine au calme au milieu de la nature tout en étant à la porte d'Argentan et non loin des haras du Pin, de Bagnoles de l'Orne et d'une multitude de lieux qu'une semaine ne suffit pas pour tous les visiter !
