The owners have given free rein to their taste for "chine" and salvaging to enliven this large house with their finds and creations, in a contemporary spirit, a touch "indus" (industrial). The result is a non-conformist gîte. In the heart of the countryside, the several-hectare property also includes Marie-Laure and Charles' second home. The surrounding area lies between the Perche and the Pays d'Alençon, and offers plenty of ideas for activities: the voie verte less than 2 km away, the Pays Mêlois lake, horse and carriage rides, forests and mushrooms, local produce... An ideal place to stay for a "tribe", to share with friends or family.

1st floor: 1 master suite with 2 bedrooms (1 double bed 160 cm, 1 single bed) with shower room and WC, 1 bedroom (1 double bed 160 cm), 1 small bedroom (1 single bed), bathroom with WC.
2nd floor: large attic space (1 double bed 160 cm, 3 single beds) with bathroom and WC.
Geothermal and electric heating.
Unenclosed garden with unenclosed pond, covered swimming pool (10mx5m and 1.90m deep) available from May to October, sun loungers.
Decorative pinball machine in working order: can be used at tenant's expense.
Possibility of providing a "cold packed lunch" of local produce (on request from the agent) for the evening of your arrival or during your stay.
Bed linen and towels provided.
ATTENTION: + €100 for arrivals after 9 pm and €30 if you arrive 1 hour after the set time.
