Set in a 48-hectare property recently planted with woodland, the Holiday cottage is located in a peaceful setting 1 km from the small village of Saint Fraimbault, rated "4 flowers" in the "villages fleuris" competition, with its 3-hectare Lake (fishing, carpodrome, pedal boats, refreshment bar, mini-golf, fitness trail, Kids' play area). Restaurant and mini-market. Canoeing and kayaking 5 km away. Accommodation with wifi.

GROUND FLOOR WITH WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE STANDARDS: living room (stove: wood supplied free of charge) with kitchenette (pyrolysis oven/microwave), bedroom (2-person bed made on arrival), shower room and toilet.
Upstairs: bedroom (2 single beds made on arrival), bedroom (3 single beds made on arrival), shower room with wc.
Electric heating included. Unenclosed grounds 250 m².

    Gite agréable

    Gite sympathique et très propre. L'environnement est agréable. Les salles de bain sont spacieuses. Bonne literie. Juste dommage d'avoir des bancs au lieu de chaises pour la table à manger.
