Ground floor: kitchen area, living room with lounge (stove), bathroom with shower and bathtub, WC.
Floor: 1 bedroom (1 double bed), 1 bedroom (3 single beds), bathroom.
Annex house of 34 m² with 1 bedroom (1 double bed), shower room, 1 bedroom (2 single beds and 1 double bed on the mezzanine), shower room, shared WC.
Laundry room.
LINENS PROVIDED.
Electric heating (at the tenant's expense but wood provided free of charge for the stove).
Terrace and enclosed garden with trees.
Possibility of renting the main house for 5 people at €350/week and €210/weekend.
Over a week's rental, for the entire large gîte, from the beginning of October to the end of April, provide a provision for electric heating of 120 euros which will be adjusted at the end of the stay, depending on actual consumption.
Rental only by the week from mid-October to mid-March.
Possibility of a second gîte nearby for 5 people (G678). This gîte is located in an old local stone house located on the historic border between Normandy and Perche, in a small, very quiet and relaxing hamlet.
Very well oriented, on a 40 hectare property, it benefits from a large enclosed garden with trees in a hilly and wooded environment with a private pond 800 meters away of less than 1 hectare with carp, roach, pike, etc.
The interior decoration is intended to be comfortable and warm in order to maintain the rural authenticity of this house steeped in history.

Nice old house in the country site
4/5We had a lovely time.Owners are very nice.Our grandson had a lovely time in the big garden with the swing.We missed some nice soft pillows to put in the plastic furniture in the garden, specially for my father who is 91 years old.

4/5Séjour très agréable maison confortable accueil de la propriétaire super, néanmoins problèmes de tiques avec des enfants et animaux cela peut poser problèmes, nous pourrions aussi avoir des vélos pour faire des balades,accessoirement que la télévision fonctionne et pourquoi pas quelques outils pour dégager les ronces.Sinon génial je le recommande calme et farniente sont de mises et appréciables

ideal pour se rassembler
5/5Nous avons passé un très bon séjour pour nous retrouvailles entre cousins. Chacun avait son espace, le jardin est bien clos pour le chien et nous avons utilisé avec plaisir l'étang et ses barques. La météo a eu la clémence de nos laisser profiter du jardin et du barbecue le midi et c'est avec plaisir que nous avons profité du poêle à bois le soir dans le salon. Merci pour l'accueil
