La Bourdonnière is an old farmhouse where each building had its own function: stable, cowshed, bakehouse, etc. around the main house. Michèle and Jean-Pierre have renovated one of them into a charming, bright and comfortable Holiday cottage. Surrounded by greenery with numerous apple and pear trees and a magnificent hornbeam that adorns the premises, you'll enjoy the local Hiking trails and the shops in the small village of La Carneille, 800 m away.
Ideally located for exploring the Suisse Normande region and on the Véloroutes cycle route.
Baby equipment available on request: High chair / Umbrella bed / bathtub / changing mat / potty.
Detached country house on a 1-hectare property shared with the owners, with electric heating and wood included.
Ground floor: living room with sitting area (TV, stove) and fully equipped kitchen, separate toilet.
Attic floor: bedroom (double bed 140 x 190 cm, desk) with outside staircase, bedroom (2 single beds 90 x 190 cm), bathroom with shower cubicle and toilet.
Garage for bikes or motorcycles. Sandpit and outdoor games for Kids.

Nous avons apprécié la modernité de ce gite tout confort et parfaitement équipé.
Il est de plus situé sur un immense écrin de verdure où son calme nous a permis de nous ressourcer en toute quiétude.

Guillaume Super séjour dans un gîte plein de charme
Très beau gîte de caractère, à la propreté irréprochable, dans un superbe décor. La ville de Carneille a 2 pas du gîte est très charmante. Beaucoup de randonnées à proximité. Merci aux hôtes pour leur chaleureux accueil.

Hugo Pareltje in het Zuiden van la Suisse Normande
Een schitterende uitvalsbasis om deze wandelstreek te verkennen. Ook Falaise met zijn Willem de Veroveraar kasteel, zijn zaterdagse markt en zeker het memoriaal voor de burgerslachtoffers zijn uw aandacht waard. Mont Saint Michel ligt op 1,5 uur, Caen op 1 uur rijden. In de streek zijn een 25-tal bewijzerde wandelingen uitgezet. Vergeet ook niet La Carneille zelf met de greeter Claude te bezoeken. U vindt ook nog een plaatselijke epicerie waar alle basisproducten voorhanden zijn.
