La Barbinière - Les Ferrettes

Set on a 16-hectare property in the heart of the Perche region, the gîte is located on a farm where Frison, Selle Français and Poney Français de Selle horses are bred. The owners will share their passion with you and guide you along the many Hiking trails starting from the gîte.
Everything is done to be as close as possible to nature, to respect and preserve it. All the lighting is LED, as is the TV, the water for the toilets is supplied by the well, and the low-temperature heating is produced by a water/water heat pump. All the bedding and towels are made in France.

Semi-detached house with owners. (All-inclusive formula) Ground floor: entrance, laundry room, spa bathroom, separate WC, living room with kitchenette and sitting area (2-person sofa bed, TV, Blu-ray player, home cinema, wood-burning stove). 1st floor: 1 bedroom (1 x 160 cm double bed) with separate WC, 1 bedroom (1 x 160 cm double bed, 1 x BZ single bed) with 27 m² private terrace, shower room, separate WC.
Low-temperature underfloor heating included. Possibility of carport. 8,000 m² enclosed garden shared with owners. Kids' games (swing, slide, swing and teepee), trampoline, badminton and table tennis. 2 electrically-assisted bicycles for hire, with buggy for kids and possibility of picnic basket. Extra charge of €25/person/night if more than 4 people (on request).
