GITE FOR 8/10 PEOPLE Fougy is one of the treasures of the Orne! This small village, absorbed in 1821 by the commune of Bourg Saint Léonard, boasts a marvellous church listed as a "historic monument": the 12th-century church of Saint Gilles. You'll enjoy a quiet location, less than 8 minutes from the Château du Bourg St Léonard, the Forest de Gouffern, the medieval donjon of Chambois, and of course the famous Haras National du Pin with its international equestrian sports center (PISE) and shows. The elevated terrace faces south-east, overlooking the property's communal garden.

- On the upper floor of a semi-detached house, all-inclusive:
living room with fully equipped kitchen and sitting area (double sofa bed for 2 people, 160 cm, smart TV),
bedroom (double bed, 160 x 200 cm),
bathroom with toilet.
- Second floor accessible via two staircases:
landing bedroom (double bed, 2 single beds), bathroom with toilet,
landing bedroom (double bed).
Shared swimming pool (9.5 x 4 m, depth 1.40 m), heated from late May to mid-September, with a retractable cover: 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. and 2 p.m. to 3:30 p.m., and later depending on availability.
Covered outdoor Spa for 6 people; additional charge: €15 per person per day (kids under 18 are not permitted in the Spa).
Shared laundry room.
60 euros per additional person (maximum of 2 additional people).
Dogs weighing less than 10 kg are accepted upon request, for an additional 20 € per day (maximum of 1 dog).
