Terrace overlooking a garden of approx. 100 m² with a private heated swimming pool (from June 15 to September 15 and more depending on the weather) secured by a 3x9 m fence and 1m60 deep, heated from June to September, on a 1 hectare plot with an orchard and playground for Kids with a swing, zip line, petanque court with lighting and a slide. 1 basket of wood included for the stove. Small dogs accepted on request.
