Small, bright Holiday cottage in a very quiet setting. Le Clos Henri is a 23-hectare estate with a fish pond surrounded by woods and meadows. You'll enjoy the heated swimming pool and sauna, as well as a long walk around the property, where you may be lucky enough to spot roe deer and other wildlife in abundance. Walkers will push on to the Boitron tower, which offers a breathtaking view over the Countryside, passing through the narrow streets of the charming village of Essay. Bakery, delicatessen 3 minutes away, Restaurant 10 minutes.
For motor sports enthusiasts, the karting circuit and rally cross are less than 4 km away, and for water and nature sports, the Montmirel equestrian center in the Forest and the Base de loisirs at Le Mêle sur Sarthe are less than 12 km away, ideal for families.
