Two comfortable bedrooms, one with the advantages of a small house! Françoise Trillon, rider and amateur breeder, will share her passion for sport horses with you. Just a few kilometers away, you can visit Alençon and the Alpes Mancelles. Hiking trails: GR 36, voie verte and véloscénie (awarded the "accueil Vélo" label).
In a single-storey farmhouse with lounge (TV) and kitchen area reserved for guests: 1 bedroom (1 double bed, double sofa bed), shower room (Italian shower) with wc (washing machine). Upstairs in the owner's house: 1 bedroom (1 double bed), private shower room/wc. Microwave on landing. Central heating. Garden, garden furniture. Meadow for horses. Bicycle and motorcycle storage in enclosed courtyard. Pets available on request.

J'ai passé un très agréable séjour chez Françoise.
Françoise est très accueillante et très serviable.
En tant que randonneur, elle m'a rendu service qui a rendu mon séjour très confortable.La chambre est très agréable, paisible et dans un environnement calme et charmant.
Important : La location est à COURTOUX soit à 3 kms de Saint Denis sur Sarthon
Je recommande les yeux fermés, et ne manquerai pas d'y revenir.

Bonjour Madame,
Le descriptif fait bien mention de deux chambres d'hôtes : une à l'étage de la maison et l'autre dans une dépendance.

K2 Spacieux!
Au lieu d'une chambre, nous aurons pu loger dans l'appartement qui est donc très spacieux pour 2 personnes. Très bien entretenu, une cuisine avec tout le matériel sur place. Pour des séjours de plusieurs jours donc très bien. Pour une nuitée, peut-être un peu trop grand.

Very quiet stay in a rural environment after a long day in the car.
Next morning we had a very good french breakfast provided by the lady of the house.
