Château de Blavou's high Gothic facade stands in a green setting in the heart of the Parc naturel du Perche. Come and experience life as a château, and savor the charm of its period salons and the character of its bedrooms, some of which have been restored to their original canopied beds. The master of the house has given them curious names: Honoré, Pithiviers, Florentin, Tatin... in homage not to former lords of the house, but to the delicious desserts he likes to make. Pascal SENEZE has worked in some of the world's top gastronomic establishments, including Le Ritz, Fauchon, Le Normandy Hôtel, Le Procope and the Institut Vatel... and is now behind the stove for your table d'hôtes. He also offers cooking and pastry-making classes. The vaulted cellars and outbuildings are ideal for family reunions, seminars or weddings. A vast park of meadows and woods invites you to take a stroll. You may even come across a roe deer.
