Authentic 18th-century water mill located a few leagues from the Petite Cité de Caractère of Bellême, in the heart of the verdant Parc Naturel Régional du Perche. The charming property of Champ Bruneau is surrounded by grassland, with a river running through it and an overhanging pond. Its waterfalls make it an ideal place to relax. Ketty, Claude François' ex-Claudette, and her husband Marcel have found their haven of peace here!
Old detached house with all-inclusive package:
Ground floor: dining room with living room (fireplace and wood-burning stove), equipped kitchen, laundry room, bedroom (double bed 140 cm, single bed, TV) with en-suite shower room and toilet.
First floor: bedroom (double bed 160 cm, single bed, TV) with spa bathroom and en-suite wc. Bedroom (double bed 160 cm, single bed, TV) with en-suite bathroom (shower and corner bath) and wc.
1st floor by outside staircase: bedroom (1 double bed 160 cm, TV) with en-suite shower room and wc.
Possibility in 1 outbuilding: additional bed and breakfast (2 pers. 140 cm bed) with shower room and wc, kitchenette (+80€/night).
Unprotected lake and river. Private garden and terraces on a 4000 m² property shared with the owners.
Outdoor Piscine heated from April to October, 10x3.60 m. and 1.40 m deep, secured with roller shutter.
Piscine reserved exclusively for the Holiday cottage.

Ketty Sina est née au Gabon dans une famille d'origine camerounaise. Elle arrive en France à 16 ans et se fait repérer deux ans plus tard par Claude François. Galas, plateaux télé, voyages... Elle a passé de beaux moments aux côtés du célèbre chanteur. Aujourd'hui, elle partage sa vie entre son restaurant à Paris, où elle organise des soirées en l'honneur du chanteur, et son moulin à Appenai-sous-Bellême avec son mari Marcel, où ils ont ouvert des chambres d'hôtes.

Didier Excellent séjour en famille
Très belle propriété dans la campagne proche de Bellême.
La maison est très bien équipée (lave-vaisselle, lave et sèche-linge, appareil à raclette, crêpière …) et dispose de 4 belles chambres avec chacune wc et salle de bain.
Il y a également un petit studio dans le bâtiment d’à côté qui permet d’héberger un cinquième couple.
Le séjour est spacieux avec un grand salon et une longue table qui permet de manger tous ensemble, nous étions 10 adultes et 3 enfants.
Le jardin est vaste et très bien entretenu, avec une belle piscine chauffée et un terrain de pétanque.
Les propriétaires, Ketty et Marcel, sont accueillants et très attentionnés.- Cleanliness

Nono Nouvel an
Nous avons passé un agréable séjour à Champ Bruneau. Les propriétaires hyper gentils et très réactifs nous ont accueilli chaleureusement. C'est un endroit calme, au sein de la nature, même si dehors il faisait froid on a profité pleinement pour faire de petites promenades.Les enfants ont adoré aussi. Comme on a choisi de fêter le Nouvel An là bas, on a profité aussi du feu de la cheminée pour plus de confort. On a hâte de revenir en été pour profiter de la piscine aussi.

J’ai reservé le moulin de champ Bruneau chez Ketty et Marcel pour un week-end en famille et ainsi feter mon anniversaire
Nous avons passé un excellent week-end.
Avons eu un agréable accueil par nos hôtes.
Athena leurs chienne est vraiment mignonne.
Et par chance le soleil etait parmi et avons pu profiter de la piscine tous ensemble.

OwenK Great Gite!
We stayed at Champ Bruneau for two weeks in August.
The gite was spacious and well-equipped. Being an old water mill, with the wheel still in place made it picturesque. With several seating areas around you could always find somewhere out of the sun if you wanted.
The pool was excellent and well looked-after throughout our stay. The gardens were beautiful and wonderful to spend time in. There was so much to enjoy and the children loved being able to roam in the company of the host's friendly dog.
The welcome package was very considerate and appreciated. Butter, bread, wine, local cider, etc. The host was helpful and very friendly without being intrusive in any way.
Overall we had a great time, and may well return in the future.
Our hosts were incredibly welcoming, managing to be both very attentive and also completely unintrusive throughout our stay.
