The charming village of Longny is a Petite Cité de Caractère with guided tours all year round, including the Bandonnière hillside, a preserved natural site (where you can see praying mantises!). The gite benefits from an exceptional location, with remarkable oak trees in the grassland next door and a panoramic view over the Perche valleys.
Recently built, single-storey detached house: veranda, living room with kitchen and sitting room (wood-burning stove), 3 bedrooms (3 double beds), shower room, separate toilet, laundry room. Terrace and enclosed 800 m² wooded garden on 3-hectare property with grazing (sheep and donkey). Porch. Arrivals only on Saturdays.

Saab59650 Le vert à profusion
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Ce gîte est très fonctionnel et magnifiquement situé dans un décor bucolique très représentatif du Perche. Nous voulions du calme et nous en avons eu. J’en garderai un très bon souvenir.

MH KG Calme et bien situé
Gîte très bien situé, parfait pour visiter une bien belle région. Le gîte est correct. Les voisins sont plutôt sympas ! Effectivement un âne et des moutons viennent régulièrement réclamer quelques petites choses à grignoter.
L'accueil du propriétaire est parfait.

Laurent Un sejour reposant
La maison est bien équipée avec les ustensiles et tout le matériel de cuisine.
Une table à manger dans le séjour, une table à ma.ger dans la véranda et une table en extérieur avec les chaises.
L'environnement est très calme mais les commerces sont à distance très raisonnable du gîte.
