Surrounded by a lovely walled garden, it's ideal for relaxing. The previous owner had built this contemporary extension to the old stone house. The owners have skilfully renovated it for the enjoyment of families who will set down their suitcases in this rejuvenating place. The house boasts a beautiful south-facing terrace. Situated between the seaside resorts of Hauteville sur Mer and Agon-Coutainville, you can easily reach the sandy beaches and discover this magnificent coastal area.
