Rightly in love with this secret corner of La Manche, Sylvie the owner has renovated the house to perfection, using noble materials and respecting the environment. In fact, the large single-glazed wooden windows on the south-facing side have been preserved in perfect condition. They let the sun shine generously into the living room and overlook the walled garden. The view is unobstructed and unobstructed, especially from the bedrooms, where you can see the Sea behind the Maritime pines. On the street side, the kitchen offers a lovely view of the Coutainville manor house. Parquet floors and natural plaster provide a soft, soothing ambience. You'll love strolling through the narrow, English-style streets of this unique hamlet, walking to the beach, Casino and Golf for which Agon-Coutainville is famous, and taking advantage of the bicycles on site to take your curiosity as far as the Pointe d'Agon, a protected natural site.
