This charming address, ideal for 2 people, is in the medieval heart of Avranches. Nestled behind the City's Museums, it's perfectly situated to take advantage of both the city center's shops (less than 300m away) and picturesque old quarters. At the end of the lane, the square Thomas Becket is a haven of peace, offering an exceptional panorama of the bay! You can also visit the unique Scriptorial Museum, home to the Mount's manuscripts. Once the workshop of a house painter, the premises have been superbly converted into a 2-storey apartment. Featuring both traditional materials (plasterwork, terracotta floor tiles) and more contemporary ones like the beautiful metal staircase, it's a real cosy nest for your vacation in a peaceful alleyway in the heart of the City. Anne-Claire will be delighted to welcome you. But you'll need to be brave enough to leave the large south-facing terrace upstairs!
In the historic center, independent duplex apartment. Living room with fully-equipped kitchenette (oven, microwave, hood, dishwasher), shower room and toilet. Upstairs, the mezzanine bedroom (1 bed 140x190) gives access to the large private terrace. TV. Wifi Internet access. Washing machine. Electric heating included. All inclusive (except electric vehicle recharging, Holiday cottage not adapted). Bed linen and towels provided. Beds made on arrival. Housekeeping included. Private enclosed terrace on 1st floor. Garden furniture. deckchairs. No private parking, free parking on public square 50m away. Not suitable for small Kids. Smokers not accepted.

This little gite was perfect for a relaxing break. Situated in the heart of a town which is well served by good restaurants; a great bakery just a few steps away; and
interesting tourist sites both in the town and in the vicinity. The absence of on site parking was not a problem at all because the free parking very close by was easily accessible; clean and safe. We would be very happy to recommend, as long as it's not at a time when we are next looking to stay!- Cleanliness

S.C Séjour télétravail
Accueil au top :) Une super semaine dans le petit loft douillet. Nous étions en télétravail avec mon conjoint, tout est fait pour s’y sentir bien. Petit bureau à l’étage, très pratique. Une terrasse sympathique pour profiter du soleil (oui c’est possible en Normandie haha). Merci pour tout !

Lau et Lo Notre petit loft douillet
Un petit loft douillet que nous avons fait nôtre pendant deux semaines. Bien situé, à proximité des commerces et des sites touristiques d'Avranches. A quelques encablures de la baie. Idéal pour découvrir de superbes paysages. Bravo à notre hôtesse pour son accueil très sympathique.
