Between Avranches and the port of Granville, this house nestled at the end of a peaceful cul-de-sac will be perfect for your vacations. Comfortable and resolutely modern, with its beautiful wood and metal staircase, this gîte is perfectly situated. You can go hiking from the gîte, or take the pleasant path that winds through the hamlet to the shops in the village of Sartilly. Between the terrace and the dining area, the magnificent kitchen with its central island promises great moments of family sharing! Vincent and Nathalie live in the neighboring property and will be delighted to show you around their mini-farm (ornamental hens, sheep, goats, peacock) to the delight of the children.

FC92 Séjour en Manche
Excellent séjour dans ce joli gîte, les propriétaires ont fait du bon travail : confort, aménagement, luminosité, environnement. Nous avons apprécié le calme, la vue sur le clocher, les animaux (Toscan, Joker, les poules et toute la basse-cour..), nous reviendrons assurément. Merci à Nathalie pour son accueil chaleureux.

Alpi Maison tres agréable et au calme
La maison est très bien aménagée, moderne et confortable. Bien positionnée. L'environnement calme avec les animaux de la petite ferme très sympathiques.

Gîte très confortable et très pratique, tout est bien pensé et rien n'y manque. Bien situé à proximité de nombreux commerces, des plages et de nombreuses distractions et visites distrayantes et instructives pour les enfants. Propriétaires charmants et accueillants. Séjour très agréable et reposant dans le calme du bocage.

Arno We had a great stay
It has been beautifully renovated, resulting in a very beautiful gite.
Upon arrival we received a tour and clear explanations and you can tell that the owners are proud and careful of their gîte. The location was great for us. At the end of a dead end path and very rural. After a day away it was nice to come back to the gîte. Personally, I always find it a shame that towels have to be rented. I think the amount for 3 towels is quite a lot, but I washed them myself because there is a washing machine. It is nicer to just leave a nice large pile of towels in the gîte for the guests. Communication via email with Nathalie went well. We don't speak French and they only speak French, but that was no problem on site. It's fantastic that there is a bakery in the village where we went to get fresh bread every morning.This will be our gîte on our next visit to Manche.- Cleanliness

Nous sommes ravis que la qualité de notre gîte vous ait plu.
Il est vrai que le lot de serviettes par personne est 6€ si vous les souhaitez, c'est le prix pratiqué dans notre région.
Parfois les draps sont également payant mais chez nous les lits sont faits pour votre arrivée et les draps sont gratuits.
Nous faisons au mieux pour satisfaire nos locataires.
