Welcome to "Les Rouzes", a fully restored 19th-century farmhouse located between Valognes and Cherbourg. Ideally positioned to discover the charms of the peninsula and enjoy the peace and quiet of this picturesque hamlet in the Normandy countryside. Hiking enthusiasts can take advantage of nearby trails.
Semi-detached house. First floor: Living room with wood-burning stove (TV, Internet, stereo). Fitted kitchen (induction hob, hood, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, filter and Senseo coffee makers). Bathroom with WC (washbasin, shower, towel dryer, washing machine, tumble dryer, hair dryer). Storeroom. Upstairs: Bedroom 1 (bed 140x190) with small adjoining room. Matthieu Un gîte à la campagne, proche de la mer.
Un gîte charmant et stratégique. Non seulement, la situation géographique est idéale pour aller visiter le Cotentin : St Vaast, Barneville, Utah beach, Cherbourg ... en 20 min, max 30 min. Après les visites, vous profiterez de repos grâce au calme du lieu et au cadre rural bucolique (des biches au réveil, des moutons et chevaux le long du chemin, paysage de bocage...). En plus de cela, l'intérieur est très bien aménagé, pratique, confortable et propre : on s'y sent bien ! Et les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et chaleureux. Encore merci. Nous recommandons vivement !

Séjour très agréable. Le gîte est très beau très propre très bien équipé.
Il est situé pas très loin de la n13 qui permet de voyager dans la région côté est côté ouest à peu près à égale distance.

Lovely gite.Nice welcome gifts of biscuits and apple juice. Good to have dishwasher tabs and laundry tabs to use. Quiet place and saw the deer come down early mornings The owner is friendly and helpful. Would love to stay again.
