Welcome to "Les Rouzes", a fully restored 19th-century farmhouse located between Valognes and Cherbourg. Ideally positioned to discover the charms of the peninsula and enjoy the peace and quiet of this picturesque hamlet in the Normandy countryside. Hiking enthusiasts can take advantage of nearby trails.
Semi-detached house. First floor: Living room with wood-burning stove (TV, Internet, stereo). Fitted kitchen (induction hob, hood, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, filter and Senseo coffee makers). Bathroom with WC (washbasin, shower, towel dryer, washing machine, tumble dryer, hair dryer). Storeroom. Upstairs: Bedroom 1 (bed 140x190) with small adjoining room. Bedroom 2 (bed 140x190 + 1 bed 90x190) WC. Outside, fully enclosed grounds. Enclosed, gated courtyard with parking in front of Holiday cottage. Enclosed courtyard behind Holiday cottage. Terrace. Lovely gite.Nice welcome gifts of biscuits and apple juice. Good to have dishwasher tabs and laundry tabs to use. Quiet place and saw the deer come down early mornings The owner is friendly and helpful. Would love to stay again.

Un très bon accueil de Stéphane et sa compagne, très sympathique.
Un gîte super , très bien rénové( comme neuf), très bien équipé, spacieux , propre , au calme ( Vous verrez même des biches et des lièvres s’approcher dans le champ voisin)
Il est proche de Cherbourg , et à égales distances de tous les rivages et lieux à visiter de cette partie nord du Cotentin. Du soleil quasiment toute la semaine et une terrasse orientée plein sud .
Vous trouverez à disposition toute la documentation sur les lieux à visiter et les conseils bien sûr .
Ce fut un séjour très agréable et nous en conserverons longtemps un bon souvenir.

Gîte parfaitement conforme à sa description, bien équipé.
Nous y avons pleinement profité du caractère calme et bucolique du Cotentin ! Nous avons pu observer des chevreuils de la terrasse !
Mer non loin. Magnifique musée Thomas Henry à Cherbourg, superbe patrimoine à Valognes.
