The Holiday cottage is an integral part of Domaine d'Utah-Beach, a 330-hectare estate in the heart of the Countryside offering a wide range of services.
The wooded driveway leading to the property was used very early on by the American soldiers who came to liberate Europe on June 6, 1944. Utah Beach is just a few hundred meters from Sainte-Marie-du-Mont, a commune in the Parc Régional des Marais du Cotentin.
The estate comprises 4 Holiday cottages, 19 hotel rooms, an organic farm and stables. Every evening, the Restaurant "Chez Arsène" serves dishes made with fresh, local produce and beef raised and produced on our zero-carbon farm, "Utah Beef".
Semi-detached house. First floor: Living room (TV, Internet via Starlink). Kitchenette (microwave, espresso machine, gas hob, dishwasher, freezer compartment). WC. Upstairs: Bedroom 1 (160cm bed). Bedroom 2 (2 beds 90x190). Shower room with WC (shower, heated towel rail). Washing machine. Electric heating included. All inclusive. Bed linen and towels provided. Housekeeping optional. Baby equipment on request. Unenclosed private garden. Garden furniture. Barbecue. Covered shelter. Pond on site. Shared swing and slide. Table tennis and table soccer in the courtyard. Bikes (muscle and electric) and horseboxes available for hire. Restaurant and relaxation area (sauna, relaxing shower and massages by prior arrangement) on the estate (closed from 15/11 to 31/03). 2 charging stations for electric vehicles available (invoicing on site).

Jp38 Situation agréable
Bien que la situation géographique soit idéale pour visiter la région, les prestations ont besoin de rafraîchissement. Plaque de cuisson à améliorer car fonctionnement aléatoire. Mélangeur de cuisine très bruyant. Eau très très chaude voir dangereuse.
Canapé à changer car inconfortable. Pour la réception de la télévision, certaines chaînes nationales affichent un manque de signal. Batterie de cuisine à améliorer voir changer pour certains éléments. L’absence de plinthes sous les meubles de cuisine fait que les petits animaux (chats) vont s’y réfugier et ressortent en ayant fait le ménage !!!!. Un réglage des portes de douche à l’étage éviterait les fuites et donc inondation du parquet. Un suintement du robinet de fermeture d’eau des toilettes à l’étage est à réparer. Les détecteurs de fumée ne semblent pas fonctionner. Pas de ventilation naturelle au niveau des ouvertures au niveau zéro.
Il y a quand même des points . Très bon accueil et bonne literie, le parc entouré d’animaux et de verdure est un endroit reposant. le restaurant chez Arsene est très bien.- Cleanliness

GMz Fin d'été 2024
Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans un gîte très confortable et très bien équipé avec un petit présent de bienvenue fort apprécié.
Très bon accueil.
Juste deux bémols :
pour plus de confort, une couverture plus légère plutôt qu'une grosse couette d'hiver serait à envisager en période d'été ;
la réception TV est très aléatoire.A part çà tout était très bien.

CP Une semaine dans le Cotentin
Le gîte est idéalement situé pour découvrir le Cotentin.
Il est bien agencé, avec goût, dans un domaine agréable.

Petit problème de fuite des toilettes et d'un mauvais écoulement du lavabo, réparer en deux jours, sinon bon séjour .
