The apartment is bright and practical for a stay by the Sea. Its privileged location allows you to take full advantage of the pleasures of the Normandy coast: walks on the beach, moments of Wellbeing at the thalasso, discovering the coastline and the proximity of Granville, with its shops, restaurants and port. This apartment is the ideal place to spend a weekend, a Wellbeing break or a peaceful getaway by the Sea. The large bay window in the living room is the entrance to the apartment.

Gîte bien situé, à 5mn à pieds de la plage et à proximité immédiate de Granville. En pleine canicule, le gîte reste frais, ce qui est un vrai plus !! Gîte tout confort, les propriétaires sont adorables et à l'écoute.

Freundlicher Empfang. Hochwertig ausgestattete Wohnung, Sehr sauber. Empathische Vermieter, die sich ums unser Wohlergehen kümmerten. Sicherer Parkplatz auf dem Hof.
Sitz im Freien mit Meerblick. Strandnähe mit Höhenunterschied. Gute Anbindung mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zur Stadtmitte Granville.Accueil chaleureux. Appartement de grande qualité et très propre. Hôtes bienveillants, soucieux de notre bien-être. Parking sécurisé dans la cour.
Espace extérieur avec vue sur la mer. Proximité de la plage (avec du dénivelé). Bonnes liaisons de transports en commun vers le centre-ville de Granville.- Cleanliness

Logement très fonctionnel et bien équipé, situé dans une rue calme et à seulement 5 minutes à pied de la mer,l’accès est facile à l’aller, avec une jolie côte pour le retour. Très bon accueil de la part des propriétaires, qui sont d’une grande gentillesse. Commerces à proximité, accessibles en 2 à 3 minutes à vélo.
