Adjoining another 15-person gîte (G44442) and located in a rental complex with 9 other gîtes. Ground floor: entrance with sanitary facilities, living room with kitchenette (dishwasher, oven, freezer...), bedroom 1 (5 beds 90X190). Accessible to people with reduced mobility. Upstairs, bedrooms 2 and 3 (5 beds 90x190), 2 separate toilets and 2 sanitary areas, each with 3 basins and 2 showers. Sheets and towels not provided. Cleaning service on request, payable on site. Outdoor area around the gîte (barbecue). Garden furniture. Shared pétanque court. Parking lot. On request, a 30-seat meeting room (annex building). If the 2 adjoining gîtes are rented out, the commune authorizes reservation of the multi-purpose room. Shared laundry facilities (washing machine, tumble dryer). Electricity: 7kWh included per room/day, additional charges apply. In case of partial rental of the gite, free rooms are available for booking by other persons. Cleaning deposit required on site.

Gîte très propre,au calme, toutes fonctionnalités présentes pour un groupe de randonnée itinérante, et cerise sur le gâteau,avec dîner préparé par « Comme chez Tata » ,cuisinière itinérante à domicile.

Quand tu arrives, le reglement est un peu rugueux !
Mais Nadine,t’explique les règles du jeu.
Ne soyez pas surpris ! Acceptez !Pour la 2ème année, nous avons, en famille,
passé un super week-end.
Merci, et + particulièrement, merci à Nadine qui est dispo, tout est clair et "carré".
Le site est situé à - de 2 km de la plage, c’est exceptionnel.

Cjeanchat Gite de groupe agréable
Gite lumineux. Bien équipé. Barbecue. Les lits sont confortables. La région est magnifique. Boulangerie Petit Jean à 9km. Boucherie et distributeur de pizzas à Vasteville.

val gite familiale
Globalement séjour agréable. Un petit bémol sur les radiateurs qui sont à changer et revoir certains sommiers qui font du bruit quand on bouge.
