On one level, the apartment is spacious and allows you to enjoy the alleyway as a small, intimate courtyard during coffee time. It’s a chance to chat for a moment with the seagulls, year-round residents of the surrounding rooftops. You can do everything on foot from the holiday cottage, from the lively quays to the Beach, not to mention the Fort de la Hougue or the small neighborhood shops like the famous Gosselin grocery store on the corner! Weekly market on Saturdays (limited access). Annick, the owner, is the perfect guide to help you navigate this little maze and explore the surrounding sites (Barfleur, Cité de la Mer, Tatihou Island...). She has thoughtfully furnished this home, including a cozy living room with books and games.
