This astonishing house with its inverted levels is ideal for families or friends wishing to spend their vacations together. With its garden level divided into 2 distinct sections (each with its own shower room), and above all its vast living room, this house is made for sharing! The magnificent herringbone parquet flooring on the 1st floor lends the house its charm. The raised terrace on the west gable offers a beautiful view of the surrounding countryside. Gwenaël, a skilled craftsman, has put a lot of effort into renovating this outbuilding on his property. With its beautifully landscaped grounds, the property is close to Avranches (with all amenities) and easily accessible from the A84 motorway if you wish to visit the region's emblematic sites (Mont St-Michel, Granville, Villedieu-les-Poëles...).

Le gîte est très agréable avec sa grande pièce de vie à l’étage, sa terrasse et les divers jeux proposés
Les chambres au rez de chaussée sont spacieuses et les lits très confortables.
Le séjour s’est très bien déroulé
Le propriétaire était disponible pour répondre à nos questions
Nous avons pu profiter un peu plus du gîte avec un départ tardif proposé par le propriétaire
Je recommande ce gîte au calme à la campagne mais pas loin d’avranches, de granville et du mont saint Michel- Cleanliness

Gîte insolite avec ses chambres très bien agencées au rez-de-chaussée. à l'étage grande pièce à vivre très agréable avec ses jeux qui font plaisir pour les grands et les petits. lieu qui permet de nous ressourcer au grand calme avec une belle vue sur la campagne environnante avec le bonjour des deux ânes chaque matin. très bon accueil de la part du propriétaire, très discret et très à l'écoute. gîte bien situé pour les promenades, visites. Nous reviendrons certainement.

Fée clochette Très, beau gîtes,et très calme
Gîtes très agréable, très bien équipé et agencé, au calmes , très belle vue sur les pâturages, avec les deux ânes, vache, et chevaux , et Belle terrasse, mous avons passe un très agréable séjour , commerces à dix minutes en voiture, le mont- st Michel a 35 minutes de voiture .

Das Haus ist großzügig geschnitten und ist durchaus für 2 Familien mit jeweils 2 Kindern zu bewohnen. Wir waren zwei Erwachsene und zwei Kinder, sowie 2 Hunden. Also Platz war kein Problem. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet was nötig ist und auch darüber hinaus. Der Vermieter ist ausgesprochen freundlich und zuvorkommend und jederzeit mit Tips oder einem Hinweis zur Stelle, wenn gewünscht. Falls sich jemand Gedanken macht, das der Vermieter in der Nähe wohnt… das ist hier völlig unangebracht. Das Haus verkehrsgünstig gelegen, so das Einkäufe für den täglichen Bedarf in rund 10 min zu Entfernung zu erledigen sind. Der Strand ist je nachdem wohin man den möchte in rund 20-25 min zu erreichen. Uns hat es der Strand von Carolles an getan, das ist aber Geschmackssache.
Alles in allem war es für uns ein absolut schöner und gelungener Urlaub und wir waren mit Sicherheit nicht das letzte Mal in Frankreich.- Cleanliness

2GAM Calme et Serenite
Un logement au charme discret, spacieux, apaisant, où le temps semble suspendre son vol. Pour toute compagnie, deux ânes paisibles, un cortège de vaches ruminant au loin, et parfois — si le silence s’y prête — le passage furtif des biches et de leurs faons aux abords des prés. Le soir venu, la terrasse devient havre de fraîcheur et de sérénité, abritée des regards. Seul regret : l’après-midi, le soleil y règne en maître, et l’ombre d’un parasol manque à l’appel.
