With its large, enclosed garden planted with trees, this spacious, unoverlooked house overlooks the Baie des Veys, a remarkable natural site. The panorama is splendid, especially from the triple bedroom upstairs. A 180° view all the way to the Pointe du Hoc! The living room offers a pleasant sitting area 2 steps below. The ideal place to meet up, with its terracotta floor tiles and Valognes stone fireplace. The right wing offers 2 bedrooms and a bathroom entirely on the ground floor, while the other bedrooms are upstairs. So 2 families can live together perfectly. The large wooden terrace will be the gathering point. It's warm and inviting in the shade of the mimosa at the end of winter. You can walk to the charming village square (shops). Utah Beach, the site of the D-Day landings, and the Beauguillot nature reserve are nearby.
