At the tip of the Cotentin peninsula, you'll find this superb address full of authenticity! Time seems to stand still in this peaceful hamlet on the shore. This old farmhouse dates back to 1744, and Gilles the owner has gone to great lengths to preserve this rare heritage. The cement floor in the living room and the many small doors and steps give this house a unique atmosphere! The bedrooms are cosy and comfortable, and several of them boast lovely sea views. You can also look out over the blue horizon from the living room. This cozy room will be ideal for convivial moments. The rear garden is fully walled and sheltered, providing the perfect setting to recharge your batteries. You can also relax in the barn with a game of ping-pong, table soccer or pétanque!

Sand Une semaine au top
Gite très spacieux, bien équipé avec de la vaisselle en quantité et une literie au top. La mer au loin, le jardin clos et les jeux dans la grange sont des plus indéniables. Et Gilles est un hôte très accueillant.

Merci à Gilles pour sa convivialité. Il a su restauré cette maison avec très bon goût, alliant modernité et tradition, la maison garde son authenticité. Literie très confortable, équipement au top. Les vues mer depuis le salon et certaines chambres sont un plus. Gilles a été très réactif pour solutionner un petit problème technique. Adresse à retenir pour visiter cette belle région.

Accueil du propriétaire très charmant. Il faut dire que c'était la deuxième fois que nous louions sa maison. Celle-ci est une très jolie maison ancienne, très bien restaurée et aménagée avec goût. Dîners très agréables le soir sur la terrasse. Je recommande vivement cette location toute proche de la mer: nous nous sommes baignés presque tous les jours.

Rea Fantastische Unterkunft mit großem Garten
Alter, geschmackvoll umgebauter Bauernhof mit großen Garten und toller, moderner Einrichtung. Der nette Eigentümer wohnt neben an. Man kann das Meer aus einigen Zimmern und vom Garten aus sehen, genau wie wundervolle Sonnenuntergänge. Wer Ruhe und Erholung sucht, ist hier goldrichtig. Besonders erwähnen möchte ich, dass wir dort auch mit 3 Hunden willkommen waren, was heutzutage nicht mehr oft so ist.
