This former farmhouse is ideally positioned back from the beaches of Jullouville and St Pair (7 km) and close to the port of Granville. The south-facing house overlooks a small green valley with a sunken stream (no fence). It also marks the bottom of your lawned plot. The latter, with its cherry trees, offers a lovely green, shady space. Marked hiking trail in the hamlet. A large awning has been installed on the west gable of the gîte. It is shared with the owners, who sometimes need access to it.
