L'Epinerie

Frédérique and Jean Pierre are happy to share their joie de vivre and their local favorites. They live in the house next door and offer 2 guest rooms. An ideal location for discovering the remarkable viewpoints of the spectacular GR223 customs path, surfing at Sciotot, hiking the countless trails in the area, learning about local history and culture, or simply relaxing in the garden! The playground here is inexhaustible. And while we're on the subject of gardening, Frédérique is happy to offer enthusiastic amateurs many cuttings from their remarkable garden. Detached house with private enclosed garden. Ground floor: living room (pellet stove, TV, wifi) with open kitchen (oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment), shower room (Italian shower) with wc, laundry room (washing machine, tumble dryer). Upstairs one bedroom (Bed 160 x 200), second bedroom (Bed 140x190 + Bed 90x190), desk in each, bathroom with wc. Bed linen and towels provided and included. Beds ready on arrival. Umbrella bed available on request. Cleaning service available on request. Main heating with pellet stove and additional electric heating if required (pellet bags and electricity extra).
