It's a family adventure that began in 1998 when Valentin and Laëtitia took possession of this medieval manorial complex protected as a Monument Historique! In addition to the 55ha of organic farmland, the owners are also progressively rehabilitating the estate. Passionate about history as much as biodiversity, they welcome you to this former 15th-century wine press, where everything is "home-made"! On 3 levels, you'll discover the work accomplished with Valentin's spirit of recovery and the sometimes medieval atmosphere of these large rooms. The living room, housed in the former wine-press tower, is not lacking in authenticity! Supported by numerous volunteers, the owners continue to work on preserving this unique place, where you can come across "Dagobert" the donkey and other chickens, swans and ducks.... Guests are welcome to watch the farm's animals being cared for.

Kitchen opening onto living room (oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, senseo coffee machine). Bedroom 1 with access slope (bed 140x190). Shower room with toilet (washing machine). 1st floor, mezzanine landing, bedroom 2 (bed 140x200), bathroom with wc, bedroom 3 (bed 1600x200) with study. On 2nd floor, bedroom 4 (1 bed 140x190 + bed 90x190), bathroom with wc and bedroom 5 (2 bunk beds 90x190 + bed 90x190). Baby equipment on request. Bed linen and towels provided. Beds made on arrival. Cleaning service extra. Wood heating and central heating included. Stone walls and wooden frames. Private enclosed grounds. Terrace with shelter. Garden furniture. Barbecue. Deckchairs. Swings. Parking lot. Lake nearby (Fishing available, rowing boat on request). The estate is open to the public in July and August.

Excellent séjour dans un gite rénové avec goût et trés confortable.
Le site est très calme et nos hôtes extrêmement accueillants. Ils ont pris le temps de nous faire le tour du site avec un tour à la ferme. On ne peut être qu'admiratif du travail de rénovation effectué ou en cours.
Je recommande sans hésiter.

Pascale Week-end à portbail
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce lieu magnifique ; la propriétaire nous a accueilli chaleureusement, et nous a transmis toute l histoire de leur propriété avec passion . L hébergement est très confortable et convivial avec de beaux espaces et une décoration à l image du lieu. Près de port bail , nous avons pu effectuer une belle balade . C est un lieu reposant où on se sent bien .

wilder Superbe gîte et propriétaires très sympathiques
Le gîte était vraiment génial : cadre très sympa, juste à côté du château, il a été rénové avec goût et convient parfaitement à un groupe de 12 personnes.
En plus de cela, les propriétaires sont très gentils, nous avons passé un super séjour !

Sylvie Un très bel endroit
Le gîte est grand, bien entretenu et très bien équipé. Il a en plus beaucoup de charme et un très bel espace extérieur. Nous y avons passé un très bon séjour en famille (12 personnes quand même). Nous avons profité des activités proposés par la famille Giard (visite de la ferme et visite du manoir) et goûté aux bons oeufs de ferme et au bon lait de vache (parfait pour la teurgoule!). Nous étions ravis des visites quotidiennes de l'âne Dagobert. Enfin bref, nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans la campagne normande, à proximité des plages de Portbail et Barneveille, le tout sous le soleil !

Flory67 Un endroit idyllique et des propriétaires au top !
Le Pressoir du Manoir du Parc a été le lieu idéal pour notre semaine familiale.
Le domaine est ressourçant et inspirant. Il invite à la promenade et à revenir à
l'essentiel. Il mêle un patrimoine riche,restauré avec passion par Valentin et
la vie à la ferme où les 2 mascottes Simone et Dagobert ont fait la joie des
petits et des grands. La configuration du Pressoir assure à chacun un espace
d'intimité et la pièce centrale est géniale pour les moments partagés. Décoré
avec goût, il dispose de tout le confort nécessaire. Merci à Laetitia et Valentin
pour leur disponibilité, leur réactivité et leur passion partagée. La visite
commentée du domaine par Valentin est un Must. Bref, nous sommes enchantés de

Jean-Pierre Hébergement très accueillant
Très joli gîte (vielle bâtisse restaurée avec goût) dans un cadre agréable au cœur d'un ensemble historique d'origine médiévale, à la campagne et tout proche de la mer. Nous avons été remarquablement bien accueillis par Laëtitia et Valentin, les sympathiques et passionnés propriétaires. Merci à eux.
