Not far from the small port of Cap Lévi de Fermanville, the area is a magnet for nature lovers and Hiking enthusiasts. Recently renovated while retaining the authenticity of the house, the main asset of this address is the garden, well exposed, pleasant and at the foot of a small river. A terrace, a secure wash-house and a vegetable garden add to the approval of this little corner of greenery. The owners are keen to offer you a peaceful, "unplugged" stay (no TV or Internet). For the duration of your stay, you'll be able to relive your vacations in complete tranquillity - out of time, and escape to the surrounding countryside, with its many natural treasures.

Outside, a storeroom with WC, washing machine/dryer combination, and sink - handy for returning from the beach). Covered shed. Enclosed garden. Terrace. Garden furniture. Barbecue. No private parking. Electric heating extra (meter reading required). 1st basket of wood free, subsequent baskets at customer's expense. Bed linen provided and beds made up on arrival. Linen for hire.
