A two-storey design that respects the original building. The tourism business is passed down from one generation to the next, as Thérèse continues the activity initiated by her father on the same site. It has to be said that there's no shortage of attractions on this site just a few hundred meters from the sea, where the beach can be reached on foot via a footpath.
Semi-detached house on 3 levels. Ground floor: living room with wood-burning stove and kitchenette. Shower room (washing machine). WC. 1st floor: bedroom (1 bed 140x190). 2nd floor: mezzanine bedroom (2 beds 90x190) with desk. TV. WIFI (internet box). Private enclosed grounds. Terrace. Garden furniture. Barbecue. Electric heating extra. First wheelbarrow of wood free, subsequent wheelbarrows extra. Bed linen and towels provided. Beds made on arrival. Housekeeping package optional.

Mima 35 Fermanvile au soleil
Propriétaires sympathiques et très accueillants. Environnement calme et authentique. Gite chaleureux où l'on se sent bien et qu'on quitte à regrets.

Coclo Très agréable
Un séjour reposant au calme. Sur 5 jours nous n'avons eu qu'un jour de bruine, nous en avons profité pour visiter la Cité de la Mer à Cherbourg. Sinon un temps magnifique.
Merci à Thérèse pour son accueil, sa réactivité pour répondre à nos demandes.
Le gîte est mignon mais pas très adapté pour accueillir de jeunes enfants. Pour 2 couples c'est l'idéal.

Lionel Gîte à deux pas de la mer
Agréable gîte pour un séjour à deux avec en plus l'accueil de notre chienne.
La belle côte du Nord-Cotentin est à proximité.
Seul bémol : un surcoût de notre consommation électrique à cause d'une isolation thermique déficiente. Des travaux sont prévus.- Cleanliness
