A truly romantic cocoon on the Bay of Mont St Michel, in the heart of a lively little town. With its bright living room overlooking the walled garden planted with trees and flowers, its attic rooms in pure tones, its paintings in bloom on the walls, its meticulous decoration, its thick fabrics, the wisteria and rosebushes eating at the windows, its intimate, fragrant terrace, the Rose de Ducey B&B offers a peaceful setting. Two guest rooms on the same property.
Medical center (general practitioners, dentist, etc.), pharmacy, restaurants (delivery or takeaway possible), as well as various shops within walking distance, market every Tuesday. Shopping center (with Drive option) 800m away, open 6 days a week. Hygiene protocol in place.
Self-contained gîte close to the owners. First floor: Kitchen/dining room (stove, microwave, espresso machine, dishwasher, freezer compartment, combined washing machine and tumble dryer). Living room (TV, Internet). Upstairs: Bedroom 1 (1 x 160cm bed). Bedroom 2 (2 twin 80cm beds). Bathroom with WC (washbasin and shower cubicle). Shared enclosed garden with trees. Small private enclosed terrace. Closed garage for bikes and motorcycles. Public parking lot 10 minutes' walk away, free and open 7 days a week - or possibility of parking in the street opposite the gîte (2 electric recharging points are available in this parking lot). Gas central heating included. ALL CHARGES INCLUDED. Sheets and household linen provided. Beds made up on arrival. Housework included. Baby equipment on request (cot and high chair).

Notre séjour de 7 jours au Gîte de la Rose de Ducey peut se résumer en un mot : fantastique. L'hôtesse était extrêmement sympathique et attentionnée, ce qui nous a immédiatement mis à l'aise.
Le gîte est joliment décoré, avec une grande attention aux détails. Tout est équipé du confort nécessaire et le jardin joliment paysagé offre une détente supplémentaire.
L'emplacement est parfait comme base pour visiter des sites touristiques tels que le Mont Saint-Michel, Cancale, Saint-Malo, etc.
Bref, ce gîte est fortement recommandé à ceux qui souhaitent découvrir la région. Nous reviendrons certainement lorsque les roses seront en pleine floraison.- Cleanliness

Je vous remercie d'avoir choisi de séjourner parmi nous et d'avoir pris le temps de nous laisser ce petit mot dont nous sommes ravis ! En effet, La Rose de Ducey a un emplacement idéal pour ceux souhaitant explorer la région entre terre et mer et Bretagne et Normandie..., ainsi qu'une proximité confortable pour les commerces accessibles à pied. Nous serons ravis de vous revoir sous un paysage printanier et fleuri...qui débutera en avril. Tous nos remerciements les plus chaleureux

Lors de notre arrivée, Nathalie, a su nous donner les informations essentielles à notre séjour: le fonctionnement de la maison, les bonnes idées resto et balades dans Ducey ou dans les environs proches. Elle nous a assuré de sa disponibilité en cas de besoin.
Elle nous a aussi donné envie d'en savoir plus sur le beau projet de restauration et de décoration du lieu. C'est une TRES belle réalisation et le charme opère dès les premiers instants: le jardin, la lumière, le confort, la décoration, les petites intentions, le calme, le chic sans excès.
Merci à Nathalie pour son accueil et pour le soin apporté à la maison.

We loved our 5 night stay in La Rose de Ducey, where the owner gave us a very warm welcome. The gite was stylish and comfortable, with high quality mattresses and bed linen helping us rest well after a busy day of tourism. It's very well equipped, particularly the kitchen, and the local information provided by Madame Dorléans was helpful. The beautiful setting with roses and honeysuckle scenting the air was charming.
