At the corner of the property, they have renovated a pretty stone house overlooking the street, with a view to preserving its heritage. It's worth noting that it's just 200m from the listed Abbaye St Vigor. The timber framing and the magnificent old staircase with its imperfect treads give this house its authenticity. The rear of the house opens directly onto the property's shady park. Under the protection of the giant blue cedar, you'll appreciate the amazing winter garden at coffee time. Children will enjoy the shared facilities (bikes, tree house, trampoline...) and even the municipal soccer pitch next door (tennis and multisports facilities 200m away).
