The gîte benefits from a private, enclosed, south-facing garden at the rear, which is very quiet and intimate. The large living room, with its glass roof, is the heart of the house, where guests enjoy meeting at any time of day. Spread over 3 levels, the house is suitable for 2 to 3 families, with sanitary facilities on each level. On the first floor, the large walk-in shower and double washbasin are perfect for those returning from the beach.
