The Holiday cottage is an integral part of Domaine d'Utah-Beach, a 330-hectare estate in the heart of the Countryside offering a wide range of services.
The wooded driveway leading to the property was used very early on by the American soldiers who came to liberate Europe on June 6, 1944. Utah Beach is just a few hundred meters from Sainte-Marie-du-Mont, a commune in the Parc Régional des Marais du Cotentin.
The estate comprises 4 Holiday cottages, 19 hotel rooms, an organic farm and stables. Every evening, the Restaurant "Chez Arsène" serves dishes made with fresh, local produce and beef raised and produced on our zero-carbon farm, "Utah Beef".
Semi-detached house with owner. Ground floor: Living room (wood-burning stove, TV with DVD player, Internet via Starlink). Kitchenette (microwave, espresso machine, induction hob, dishwasher, freezer compartment). WC. Upstairs: Bedroom 1 (bed 160 + bed 90x190). Bedroom 2 (bed 140x190). Bathroom with WC (bath). Washing machine. Shared courtyard. Unenclosed private garden. Garden furniture. Barbecue. Covered shed. Pond on site. Shared swing and slide. Table tennis and table soccer in the courtyard. Electric heating included. Wood available. All charges included. Bed linen and towels provided. Housework optional. Baby equipment on request. Bicycles (muscle and electric) and horse stalls available for hire. Restaurant and relaxation area (sauna, relaxing shower and massages on reservation) on the estate (closed from 15/11 to 31/03). 2 charging stations for electric vehicles available (invoicing on site).

Le gîte correspondai bien a la description.
Acceuil agráble avec une équipe sérviable et disponible.Petit detail environmental : il faudrait chager les joints dètancheitée de votre poêle qui laisse enormement d'air entré dans la zone de combustion où il est impossible de réguler la temperature ou de chauffer convenablement au bois.
Nous avons passer un agréable séjour.

MBJO Séjour Lavalle
Le lieu est vraiment très sympa, près des grandes plage. La nature autour est belle ainsi que l’hôtel. Les photos sur le site sont peut-être un peu trop vendeuses par rapport à la réalité, les écuries étaient vides lors de notre passage en plein mois d’août.
Le gîte Lavalle reste confortable mais aurait en effet besoin d’un petit rafraîchissement sur le rez de chaussée. Literie très confortable.- Cleanliness

Franckdrum4 Gîte moyen .
Alors, le gîte est vraiment moyen , très mauvais rapport qualité prix !! Gîte prévu pour 5 , un canapé de 2 places , 2 fauteuils complètements cuits. , donc le 5 eme s assoit sur une chaise en bois de la cuisine, dont la moitie sont en fin de vie . La salle de bain est très petite , il ne faut pas être grand pour se laver , je fais 1,80 m et j’ ai été obligé de me courber pour pouvoir me doucher. L armoire dans la grande chambre ne contient qu une étagère , qui culmine à 2 mètres , donc inutilisable pour les personnes de taille moyenne. Détecteur de mouvement dans le couloir pour ne pas oublier d’ éteindre la lumière , l idée est bonne sais qu il y a un detecteur qui est défectueux. , donc toute une nuit avec la lumière qui s allume et s éteint sans arret !! Obligé d enlever les ampoules des suspensions pour pouvoir dormir tranquille . Bref , il y a beaucoup mieux dans le secteur pour moins cher !!
