The Holiday cottage is an integral part of Domaine d'Utah-Beach, a 330-hectare estate in the heart of the Countryside offering a wide range of services.
The wooded driveway leading to the property was used very early on by the American soldiers who came to liberate Europe on June 6, 1944. Utah Beach is just a few hundred meters from Sainte-Marie-du-Mont, a commune in the Parc Régional des Marais du Cotentin.
The estate comprises 4 Holiday cottages, 19 hotel rooms, an organic farm and stables. Every evening, the Restaurant "Chez Arsène" serves dishes made with fresh, local produce and beef raised and produced on our zero-carbon farm, "Utah Beef".
Semi-detached house. First floor: Kitchen (microwave, espresso machine, gas hob, dishwasher, freezer compartment). Living room (TV, Internet via Starlink). First floor: Bedroom (160cm bed). Bathroom with WC (bath, heated towel rail). Washing machine. Private courtyard. Unenclosed private garden. Garden furniture. Barbecue. Covered shed. Pond on site. Shared swing and slide. Table tennis and table soccer in the courtyard. Electric heating included. All charges included. Bed linen and towels provided. Cleaning optional. Baby equipment on request. Bicycles (muscle and electric) and horse stalls available for hire. Restaurant and relaxation area (sauna, relaxing shower and massages by prior arrangement) on site (closed from 15/11 to 31/03). 2 charging stations for electric vehicles available (invoicing on site).

Tracy Fabulous gite in a beautiful location
A lovely gite, in beautiful surroundings, very peaceful and tranquil. In an excellent location, within walking distance to the beach, as well as conveniently located to visit the tourist attractions of Cotentin and Calvados. The property owners and the staff at Domain Utah Beach are lovely, we enjoyed our stay and wouldn't hesitate to return. We could not fault anything, and would highly recommend.

Reivax Découverte du Cotentin
Excellent, nous recommandons. Gîte bien situé pour la découverte du Cotentin. Par exemple possibilité de rejoindre la plage d'Utah à pied -environ 4,5 km par le bocage. Accueil, conseils parfaits. Gîte pour 2 personnes l'Amendiere confortable, bien équipé, au calme. Le gîtes dispose de parties extérieures privatives sympathiques. De plus sur le domaine, nous avons testé le restaurant. Ce que nous avons mangé était vraiment très bon, ambiance chaleureuse et la aussi équipe très sympathique. Nous avons aussi testé le salon avec disponibilité d'un billard et de jeux de société. Mon épouse a aussi testé le massage dispensé à l'hôtel par un prestataire- enchantée. Pour finir l'esprit du lieu fait la part belle au bio et au local. Donc à découvrir.
