At the end of a peaceful cul-de-sac, this contemporary luxury villa with its 2200m² garden is a real gem for your vacations. On top of the Carolles cliff, the house overlooks the sandy beach of Carolles and Jullouville, and enjoys a unique 180° view. From the Chausey Islands to the Breton tip of Cancale, the seascape before your eyes is splendid and rare! Yves and Nathalie, who live nearby, will be delighted to share this corner of paradise and the villa they have imagined with you. The large bay windows offer unrivalled luminosity, and the blond woodwork will soothe your soul in an atmosphere of great gentleness. Sea views abound, and the spectacle is permanent. The 3 main bedrooms face out to sea, and only the small bedroom with bunk beds has no sea view. Take the coastal path (GR223 chemin des douaniers) for one of the prettiest walks in the region!

Stéphane Magnifiquement proche de la mer
La maison offre une magnifique vue panoramique sur la mer. Elle est très spacieuse et dispose d'un grand jardin très bien entretenu. La terrasse est immense, d'où vous pourrez admirer le coucher de soleil sur la mer. Depuis la maison, vous pouvez emprunter un sentier de randonnée menant directement à la magnifique plage de sable de Carolles, ou vous promener le long de la côte avec une vue fantastique. Vous trouverez de bons restaurants et bars sur la plage. Nous avons vraiment apprécié nos vacances dans cette magnifique maison de vacances. Tout était très propre, l'accueil était très chaleureux et nous avons passé des vacances dans un endroit de rêve et au calme. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir ! Merci, chère Natalie !

Fanny Séjour Villa Paqueray
Nous avons apprécié notre séjour en famille à la Villa Paqueray. La maison est superbe, les prestations sont de qualité, chaque pièce est fonctionnelle et la vue est splendide. Le jardin est clos et joliment arboré. L'accès au GR et la proximité de la plage sont un plus.
