La Verte Mare

La Verte Mare, a bubble of oxygen in a green setting. This is where Florence and Philippe decided to set up their unusual business: a soap factory based on donkey milk. It seemed only natural that they should make it available to lovers of peace and quiet, healthy country living, hikers and other lovers of nature, wild flora and fauna. Meadows, a small grove and a pond are spread over the 7-hectare property. The entire second floor, 60 m² under the eaves, is reserved for the guest room, with beautiful views over the property: bedroom with a 160x200 bed, single bed on the mezzanine (90x190), library, private shower room and toilet. Breakfast is served on the terrace in fine weather, with local produce and a few homemade items. The owners are able to accommodate horses (boxes and equipment available). Direct access to the Voie Verte. 1/2 hour from the D-Day landing beaches and 1h00 from Mt St Michel and Caen.
