This south-facing house offers a lovely view over an unspoilt valley. This peaceful, hedged environment is the perfect setting for a family vacation. Children can relax in the pleasant enclosed garden and enjoy the games provided. They'll surely choose the 2nd floor bedroom and take possession of this "watchtower"! The view over the countryside from the roof windows is superb. Gilles, the owner, loves the atmosphere of this old house, and it's true that the living room with its decorative fireplace is a truly authentic room. A chef by trade, he pampers his customers in the kitchen. In the center of the département, you can discover the côte des havres from Granville to Barneville-Carteret.

jens Sehr schönes Haus
Ein sehr schönes, ruhig gelegenes Haus mit einem hübschen Garen in absoluter Ruhe und Stille, in klaren Nächten ist es so dunkel, dass der Sternenhimmel einfach überwältigend ist. Im nächsten Ort Hambye gibt es einen tollen Bäcker, Gavray ist ebenfalls eine nette kleine Stadt, ganz in der Nähe. Bis zum Meer fährt man etwa 20 Minuten. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet, was es braucht, ein einziger, winziger Kritikpunkt ist, dass es sehr hellhörig ist, weil die Decken aus Holz sind, andererseits liegt hierin natürlich auch der Charme eines alten, typisch normannischen Hauses.

Margo Heerlijk uitgerust
Je komt helemaal tot rust in dit prachtige huis. Met uitzicht over het weiland met de loslopende koeien. Voor zowel ons als onze hond was dit een heerlijke vakantie. In de warmte blijft het huis beneden erg cool. Je bent snel bij het strand en kan uitstapjes maken naar andere steden. Verder ligt het redelijk afgelegen, goed om te weten. Het huisje is van alle gemakken voorzien. De eigenaar is goed bereikbaar om je op weg te helpen. Kortom een geslaagde vakantie en een gebied om naartoe terug te komen.
De tweepersoons bedden zijn Franse maten (klein), maar er zijn bedden genoeg. Het was nu goed te doen qua warmte, maar een kraantje om buiten een badje water te vullen was een leuke optie geweest!

GCornwel Happy times in the Normandy countryside
Delightful. We have a dog and toddler, they both loved the time in the garden when we weren't out and about. A lot of bits and pieces for the toddler, kiddo chair, pacifiers, games, drawing sets, etc... There is a lot of space and the owner is super helpful.

un bien bel endroit pour profiter des merveilles de la manche.
Gite très propre, bien équipé....il fait bon y séjourner .J ajoute que l'hôte est très sympathique, disponible, accueillant.
