This south-facing house offers a lovely view over an unspoilt valley. This peaceful, hedged environment is the perfect setting for a family vacation. Children can relax in the pleasant enclosed garden and enjoy the games provided. They'll surely choose the 2nd floor bedroom and take possession of this "watchtower"! The view over the countryside from the roof windows is superb. Gilles, the owner, loves the atmosphere of this old house, and it's true that the living room with its decorative fireplace is a truly authentic room. A chef by trade, he pampers his customers in the kitchen. In the center of the département, you can discover the côte des havres from Granville to Barneville-Carteret.
Detached house. Entrance hall. Shower room with toilet. Living room with kitchenette (oven, dishwasher, microwave). Living room (TV, wifi internet). Upstairs, bedroom 1 (1 bed 140X190), study with sofa bed, bedroom 2 (1 bed 140X190), bathroom with toilet. Second floor, bedroom 3 (2 beds 90X190). Baby equipment on request. Oil-fired central heating extra. Heating package from 01/10 to 30/04. Sheets and towels for hire. Cleaning service extra. Private enclosed grounds. Garden furniture. Barbecue. Portico. Badminton. Hammock. Utility room (washing machine, tumble dryer). Parking lot. A deposit of €70 is required for the pet and will be returned if the gîte is cleaned and left in the same condition as found on arrival. A second pet is charged at €10 per day, up to a maximum of €100 per stay.

Heerlijk uitgerust
4/5Je komt helemaal tot rust in dit prachtige huis. Met uitzicht over het weiland met de loslopende koeien. Voor zowel ons als onze hond was dit een heerlijke vakantie. In de warmte blijft het huis beneden erg cool. Je bent snel bij het strand en kan uitstapjes maken naar andere steden. Verder ligt het redelijk afgelegen, goed om te weten. Het huisje is van alle gemakken voorzien. De eigenaar is goed bereikbaar om je op weg te helpen. Kortom een geslaagde vakantie en een gebied om naartoe terug te komen.
De tweepersoons bedden zijn Franse maten (klein), maar er zijn bedden genoeg. Het was nu goed te doen qua warmte, maar een kraantje om buiten een badje water te vullen was een leuke optie geweest!

Happy times in the Normandy countryside
5/5Delightful. We have a dog and toddler, they both loved the time in the garden when we weren't out and about. A lot of bits and pieces for the toddler, kiddo chair, pacifiers, games, drawing sets, etc... There is a lot of space and the owner is super helpful.

Tres agréable séjour
5/5Très agréable séjour. La vue du jardin est superbe. Parfaitement au calme. Idéal pour venir avec des animaux domestiques. Le jardin est clos et pas proche de la route.

5/5A nice isolated cottage situated in a very calm environment. Perfect base to make trips in Normandy, and a perfect place to relax. Very good price-quality ratio. Both a welcome gift (bottle of cidre), and a room for kids on the 2nd floor, were much appreciated :)
