La Petite Maison is only small in name and in its original state, as it offers a large total surface area. With its two large living rooms (fireplace on one side, games on the other), it offers real moments of conviviality around the fire or a game of billiards. Two staircases lead up to the first floor, making it easy for friends and family to live together. The same is true of the garden: a lovely green space with games is offered in the continuation of the courtyard; and a second plot of greenery is accessible at the rear! This house, which has all the makings of a large property, is ideally located for discovering the magnificent west coast of the Cotentin region! From the Portbail harbor to the Hatainville dunes, you'll be surrounded by breathtaking natural scenery. The ground-floor shower is also ideal for a stay by the sea... The beach is just a few minutes away.

Brigitte und Thomas Hübsches Haus in guter Lage
Das 'Kleine Haus' ist gar nicht so klein! Das Billiardzimmer ist echter Luxus! Die Küche ist funktional und komplett ausgestattet (auch wenn Kleinigkeiten wie Topflappen fehlen) und alles funktioniert. Betten gibt's zuhauf, ebenso wie Fernseher (die wir jedoch nicht genutzt haben), allerdings sehr wenig Platz für Gepäck und zum Kleider-Aufhängen. Es gibt zwei WC und zwei Duschen, wobei die im EG etwas in die Jahre gekommen scheint. Für Kinder gibt es sehr viele Spiele. Wir - ein älteres Ehepaar - haben die Ruhe sehr genossen und die Möglichkeit, alles im Cotentin gut von hier aus erreichen zu können. Unser Hund hat zwar viel zahlen müssen, hatte allerdings (im Gegensatz zu unserer vorherigen Unterkunft) keinen extra Platz und keine Hundedecke, und ihm war das Betreten des Obergeschoß verboten. Ich hätte mich über Sitzkissen für die (Plastik-)Gartenstühle gefreut. Ansonsten: sehr freundliche Leute, sehr ruhige und gute Lage, alles hat funktioniert und wir haben uns wohlgefühlt. Wir werden wohl wiederkommen.

Katrin Magnifique "La Petite Maison"
Une maison merveilleuse pour passer des vacances en famille avec son chien.
L'emplacement est idéal, à proximité de plages de rêve. La maison est très propre et tout le nécessaire pour passer de bonnes vacances est à disposition. Le jardin est également très beau et entièrement clôturé. Idéal si vous avez de jeunes enfants (ou des chiens).

Steffy 57 Séjour agréable
Le gîte est très bien situé pour la découverte de la région. L'extérieur est très bien entretenu et apaisant. La propriétaire souriante et agréable. A l'intérieur coin jeux avec baby foot et billard et coin repos avec le salon. Gîte bien équipé, lits confortables. Chambre en enfilade mais possibilité d'accéder à la dernière chambre par un deuxième escalier un peu étroit. Le seul point négatif reste la propreté du logement et c'est bien dommage. Nous avons tout de même passé un très bon séjour.
