Nestled in the green hills, this character-filled residence has all the ingredients for an unforgettable stay in Normandy. The charm of stone and wood, the comfort of the house and the luxury of the private swimming pool will seduce families in search of relaxation. Claude, a former carpenter, worked on the complete renovation of this building, and together with his wife Nadine, they put a lot of effort into preparing this gîte for your well-being. As well as swimming, children will love the portico, boules pitch and sheep in the nearby meadow! In autumn, evenings by the fire in the superb granite fireplace are a real treat. Close to Villedieu les Poëles, the city of copper and renowned for its bell foundry.
Detached house. Living room with kitchenette (induction hob, espresso machine, dishwasher, microwave, oven). Living room with fireplace (TV, fiber-optic Internet, radio). Laundry room (washing machine, tumble dryer, freezer) with WC. Upstairs: Bedroom 1 (140cm bed), Bedroom 2 (140cm bed), Bedroom 3 (140cm bed and 2 90cm beds). 2 bathrooms (double-basins, shower cubicles, towel dryer). WC. Private indoor pool adjoining the gîte (access from living room), 3mx9m, covered and heated to 27-28 degrees all year round (depth 1.20m to 1.50m). Private enclosed garden. Terrace. Picnic table. Deckchairs. Barbecue. Petanque court. Porch. Parking lot. Electric heating. All charges included. Electric car recharge not possible. Bed linen and towels provided. Beds made up on arrival. Arnaud Très belle longère !
Nous avons apprécié ce très beau gîte. Il a en effet tenu toutes ses promesses : belles surfaces avec tout le nécessaire, belle piscine, très calme. Pas trop loin des lieux touristiques. Les hôtes sont très gentils et accueillants. Et nous les remercions encore pour le pot de confiture de mûres qui n'a pas fait long feu !

Famille L. Excellent séjour
Nous avons passé un séjour merveilleux en famille dans ce gîte au cœur de la campagne normande, et nous en gardons un excellent souvenir.
Le gîte est parfaitement équipé, spacieux et d'une propreté irréprochable. Il est confortable et chaleureux, idéal pour passer du temps en famille, avec une belle cuisine bien équipée, une literie de qualité, et un salon cosy autour de la cheminée. Nous avons également apprécié l’espace extérieur, parfait pour profiter de la nature environnante. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et accueillants.
En résumé, ce fut un séjour reposant et chaleureux, dans un cadre magnifique, et nous recommandons vivement cet endroit à tous ceux qui cherchent à se ressourcer en Normandie, que ce soit en famille ou entre amis !- Cleanliness

Excellent séjour dans l’établissement « la petite longère ». L’accueil des propriétaires a été très agréable, ainsi que leur souplesse sur l’heure d’arrivée et de départ.
Le logement est équipé de tout le nécessaire au quotidien. L’endroit est très calme et reposant.
La cheminée et la piscine rendent le séjour d’autant plus convivial.
