La Petite Chesnée is above all a family affair! A charming outbuilding of the Château de la Chesnée, itself nestled in the middle of a 10-hectare park, it is part of a farming estate that has been in the same family for over ten generations.
Nestled in the greenery, away from the Château, this former janitor's cottage benefits from private access from the road and was completely renovated in 2022. With a large wooded plot on one side and a private garden on the other, it can accommodate 6 people in refined comfort. Just 9 km from the beaches and breathtaking scenery of Cap de la Hague! Comfort and calm in a protected environment. The owners will be delighted to show you around the grounds of Château de la Chesnée, dating from the 17th century and constantly restored over the centuries, and to explain the history of this family stronghold, as well as pointing out the best ways to discover this astonishing region!
Detached house in the grounds of Château de la Chesnée. Ground floor: 2 double bedrooms (beds 160x190), shower room with WC, large fully-equipped kitchen with dining table. Combined oven/microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, washing machine. Accessible by a step, a large living-dining room opening onto a private garden. Large-screen Smart TV and WIFI. Upstairs, 1 bedroom with 160x190 bed, separable into 2x80 on request, bathroom with bath and shower. Bed linen provided and Beds made on arrival. Bathroom linen provided. Electric heating included. Baby equipment on request. Cleaning service included. At the rear of the house, a 600m2 green space with garden furniture, barbecue, large enclosed outbuilding for storage (suitcases, bikes, kids' car), electric vehicle charging outlet. Only 1 pet allowed. Unenclosed grounds and courtyard. Non-smoking Holiday cottage.

Jérôme & Magaly Agréable séjour à la petite Chesnée
Le logement est situé sur la propriété du château, mais en est complètement indépendant, y compris pour son accès au bout d'un chemin arboré. C'est donc un lieu très calme, très reposant.
Le gîte est bien équipé et mérite ses épis.
Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la salle, vaste tout en restant très cosy.
Seul petit bémol : la salle de bain du rez-de-chaussée est un peu étriquée.Merci pour l'accueil chaleureux, nous reviendrons !

GRIM VACANCES AU CALME DANS UN CADRE IDYLIQUE
Nous avons apprécié notre séjour dans ce gite en raison de son confort allié à son l'esthétisme et son élégance;
Notre hote n'était pas présent en début de séjour mais nous avons pu avec son accord nous promener dans le Parc du Chateau et nous avons pu en gouter le charme.

cece Séjour dans le Cotentin
Très joli gîte situé au coeur du bocage normand, entouré d'une nature calme et reposante. Idéalement placé pour visiter la Hague et le Val de Saire. Gîte indépendant avec accès libre, température dans le gîte confortable, possibilité de régler les radiateurs à notre convenance. Seuls bémols, la salle de bain et les toilettes en bas sont un peu petits, il manque des toilettes en haut. Lits un peu durs mais dans l'ensemble très bon gîte pour découvrir la région !

Spdziam w Gitte Pierre 2 tygodnie w towarzystwie przyjaciela oraz psa. Dom jest bardzo adnie urzdzony, pooony w ogromnej posiadoci, blisko zamku z fantastyczn histori. Jeeli szukasz spokoju wród dbów, ale 20 min od pla Normandii i w pobliu szarmanckich miasteczek - ten dom jest dla ciebie. Idealny dla grupy przyjació czy rodziny. Mój pies czu si jak pan zamku, a ja miaam przestrze i spokój dla sobie. Pierre jest bardzo pomocny, troszczy si onlazdy szczegó czy napraw która zaistniaa. Wróc napewno :)

Our stay at the beautiful “La Petite Chesnée” was absolutely wonderful. The house has a unique charm. Chic, yet still authentically Norman. The interior is cozy, yet chic. The heating works very well for the cooler days. The toilet and shower are more suited to smaller people ;-) But we felt very comfortable! We really liked Pierre, both as a host and as a person. He's someone you can have a glass of wine with in the evening and chat about God and the world.
