This adorable little house enjoys a privileged location facing the mouth of the river Sée. The bay of Mont St-Michel is right in front of you, with its enchantment of migratory birds, ebb and flow of the tides and wet meadows! You'll be able to take full advantage of this natural setting from the house's windows or terrace. This highly functional, single-storey home, with its ultramarine blue hues, is a haven of relaxation. The shower room, positioned between the 2 bedrooms, will be perfectly shared by the whole family. As the famous GR 223 passes in front of the gîte, you can reach the Pointe du Grouin du Sud to admire the magnificent panorama of Mont St-Michel... and why not try crossing the bay on foot accompanied by an accredited guide!

Can-Am du 90 2ème séjour à Vains
Excellentes vacances à Vains !
Nous avions séjourné il y a 2 ans dans le gîte de la Boudette, cette fois nous avons testé la Marinette qui appartient également à Lionel et son épouse. Accueil toujours très chaleureux, très grande disponibilité et générosité des propriétaires qui demeurent à 2 pas de leurs gîtes, des voisins fort sympathiques.
Une maisonnette très bien aménagée, ambiance cocooning dans un petit village très calme où il fait bon se balader. Quelques destinations immanquables tout en restant proches: la ferme des Cara-Meuh et leurs délicieux produits locaux (le miel, le caramel beurre-salé liquide, les petites galettes, les saucissons et craquants pour l'apéritif...), le Mont Saint-Michel, le Bec d'Andaine, Avranches, Granville... la région regorge de merveilles, tout en étant extrêmement ressourçante.
Nous recommandons vivement, à tel point que nous envisageons de revenir dans quelques années dans le 3ème gîte de Lionel et Fabienne à qui nous souhaitons une excellente continuation !

Clement 76 Super endroit
Hébergement fonctionnel, niché dans un environnement verdoyant offrant une vue imprenable. Nombreuses pistes cyclables, avec une vue magnifique sur le Mont Saint-Michel à proximité immédiate. Propriétaire attentif et disponible. L'ensemble est parfait. Réservez sans hésiter.
