The inverted design of this comfortable home changes habits, so it's on the 1st floor that you'll enjoy the light-filled living room. Combined with the large balcony terrace, it affords a lovely view of the Sea at the far end, making the most of the sunshine. The XXL sofa in the living room is perfect for getting the whole family together for an aperitif or an evening of TV. A beautiful contemporary staircase (high steps) leads downstairs to the 3 bedrooms and bathroom. The owners have included a second walk-in shower for when you return from the Beach, as well as a laundry room for storing bicycles and other nautical equipment. Discover the magnificent harbor of Portbail, the picturesque village and the sunsets over Jersey. The nearby sand yachting station is also a great opportunity to try out this outdoor activity with the whole family!
Detached house less than 100m from the Beach. Ground floor: shower room, bedroom 1 (bed 140x190 and bunk beds 90x190), bedroom 2 (bed 160x200), bedroom 3 (bed 140x190), wc with shower. Large cellar with laundry room (washing machine), sink and garage door to outside (bike or trailer shelter possible). 1st floor: living room (connected TV, wifi internet) with equipped kitchenette (oven, induction hob, dishwasher, microwave, fridge with freezer, classic coffee maker + dolce gusto)). separate wc. Baby equipment on request (cot, high chair, changing table, bath). Electric heating (underfloor heating) included. Bed linen provided and beds made on arrival. Bathroom linen available for hire. Ce gîte est très bien équipé pour un séjour avec un jeune enfant. La propriétaire met à disposition tout l'équipement nécessaire.
La proximité de la mer est un plus pour une journée sans voiture.

Nico séjour agréable.
Très beau logement, propre et confortable, proche de la mer. La propriétaire avait prévu un sapin de Noël et des décorations. Nous avons passé un séjour parfait. Je recommande vivement.

Philou 18 Au plus prés de la mer, et au calme complet ...
Excellent accueil pour un séjour de sept jours, mi-octobre, donc hors saison. Calme parfait, petits cadeaux régionaux pour découvrir la richesse gastronomique, et surtout, la mer à 200 metres.

Super vacances dans un super cadre et une super maison.
Que du calme (on y était début octobre, ça doit aider !)Il est très agréable d'être accueilli par la propriétaire : un dialogue valant mieux qu'une boite à clefs !
Faire le tour de la maison avec la propriétaire est nettement plus agréable qu'un échange de messages (même si ça reste pratique).
Merci encore pour les produits d'accueil, on s'est régalé.La mer est à 100m, la plage déserte et magnifique et que dire du coucher de soleil !
Nous gardons cette adresse en mémoire, et espérons y revenir.
