This magnificent stone farmhouse is set in a remarkable environment. The beautiful 2400m² lake below the house (with trout, carp and roach fishing) provides a relaxing setting for your vacation. The open-plan, interconnected living areas make this large cottage a warm and inviting place to stay. With its 4 spacious bedrooms, it is also ideal for family gatherings. On the estate, another 6-person gîte is available in an adjoining house, where occupants can also stroll through the pleasant green park. Just a few minutes from Coutances or the seaside resort of Agon-Coutainville, this is an ideal vacation location.

Très beau gîte, bien rénové et arrangé avec goût sur un grand terrain à partager avec le 2ieme gîte. Très bon accueil des propriétaires. Gîte isolé et au calme. Nous regrettons la température du gîte à notre arrivée (les radiateurs étant tous éteint). Malgré le feu de cheminée, il a fallu beaucoup de temps pour réchauffer l’atmosphère et ceci à nos frais (électricité non comprise). Nous aurions apprécié d’arrivée dans un gîte à 19°C. De même internet ne fonctionne toujours pas.

Fantastisches Anwesen. Schönes und großes normannisches Ferienhaus. Der freundliche Vermieter ist jederzeit bei Fragen oder Wünschen erreichbar. WLAN Verbindung kritisch (wenn einem diese wichtig ist). Wir fanden die recht abgelegene Lage prima. Haben von dort aus vor allem die Westseite des Cotentin erkundet. Aber auch die Landungsstrände Omaha und Utah Beach.
Die Ruhe am Abend und Nachts ist einmalig. Bon Vancances- Cleanliness

Merci pour cet avis positif ainsi que le fait d'avoir mis notre belle région en évidence a peu de km des plages du débarquement ..concernant le wifi nous allons voir avec notre operateur afin de régler le problème qui devient récurrent par moments.

Dej Très beau
Après un gentil accueuil, nous avons pû profiter de la quinzaine pour découvrir une région très riche.
La propriété est aussi riche d' une belle histoire de famille et de travail.
Les propriétaires donnent de bons conseils pour la région.

Lynn Amazing experience
My family and I had a wonderful vacation at the gite. The owners were incredibly kind and supportive throughout. They went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable. The house is so beautiful and well equipped. The surrounding garden was huge and perfect for running with the dog. We all enjoyed the pond, and Rene made an extra effort to make it beautiful for us, and even prepared the row boat and paddle boat. The location was ideal for touring. It really was a perfect vacation. We will definitely return soon.

Gite de caractère, spacieux, confortable, bien meublé et bien décoré, au calme dans la verdure, dans un cadre dépaysant. Idéalement situé pour visiter le Cotentin.
